Threadhall school notifications

Threadhall is operated by PixelPacific LLC. The Threadhall school notifications program sends parents and guardians text messages on behalf of their school district. Messages include attendance alerts, school closures and emergency notices, schedule changes, family portal account or security notices, and related customer care. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

Sign in to your district's Threadhall family portal and select Text messages at the top of the portal home page. This opens the Text Message Notifications page. Enter your number in the Mobile number field, read the consent statement, and check the separate consent box beside it. The box is never checked for you. Then select Save text message preference. The page confirms that you are subscribed and shows the saved number, when your consent was recorded, and the enrollment confirmation's status.

Providing a phone number alone does not give consent to receive text messages. Saving without checking the box does not sign you up or change an existing subscription. To unsubscribe, use Stop text messages. Participation is optional. SMS consent is optional and is not required to create or use a family portal account, complete school enrollment, or access school services. Your school district may also record your consent when you give it to the district directly using the SMS consent form or its own form with the same disclosure. A new consent grant queues one enrollment confirmation through the district's SMS provider. If the provider is not active, the portal shows that the confirmation is waiting for the district's SMS setup.

Cancel or get help

Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may receive a final message confirming your cancellation. You can also turn text messages off in the family portal on the Text Message Notifications page by selecting Stop text messages.

If you previously replied STOP and want to subscribe again:

1. Reply START to the district's number to lift the carrier or Twilio block.
2. Opt in again on the Text Message Notifications page, or give the district a new signed SMS consent form.
3. You then receive the enrollment confirmation text through the district's active SMS provider.

START or UNSTOP alone does not restore your Threadhall consent. YES acknowledges a message; it does not enroll you. Neither is a first-time opt-in method.

Message delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile service and network availability.

Your privacy
